Growing consumer financial services practice seeks to hire associates with two to four years experience in consumer finance regulatory matters. Knowledge of consumer finance laws including Dodd-Frank, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, state licensing and consumer credit is desired. Matters include regulatory compliance, government audit and enforcement proceedings, regulatory compliance due diligence and assisting in litigation.
